I’m glad you came to this page, it shows me you care. My name is Joe, and How Joe Sees It is my blog. I hope you take some time to look around because you’re going to find some useful stuff here, especially if you’re into the things I know something about. I’ve been a musician my entire life, so there will be music reviews, concert reviews and some life stories from my playing days.

I’ve been studying nutrition and fitness for over 20 years, and I frequently get asked the same questions from a lot of people. So I’ve decided to answer them for everyone, including a diet and exercise plan I put together that will work for anyone. It’s yours for free! I will have regular diet and exercise tips and updates on my own current diet and exercise activities. My focus is on you; the person I talk to every day in the gym, at work, at parties who just need help getting in shape.

I’m pretty active politically, so you’ll see some political and social commentary. I’m a tattoo enthusiast so you’ll find information about choosing an artist, how to heal new tattoos and if you've messed up and gotten something you hate, I can relate to that too. I’m currently undergoing laser removal treatment, so you can learn and see results, without having to feel my pain.

I’m a tech junkie, but not a tech expert. So I’ll talk tech from a consumer’s point of view.

I’m a proud husband, father, veteran and dog owner who loves to write as a creative outlet. I discovered blogging on MySpace believe it or not, and after writing a few entries mostly for myself, I found out very much by accident that people were reading them! It wasn’t long before How Joe Sees It was born.
