This is my company. I've created a blog publishing platform that was inspired by what our customers were asking for and to make SEO easier for people who don't have huge budgets. The next version coming out this month, will allow you to publish on Wordpress, Blogger, and Ning. In a head to head comparison (2 tests) to see which tool worked better to increase traffic, Moguling blew Blogger out of the water, which tells me Blogger (Google) does not manipulate the search rankings for their platform.
